Foreclosure of Mortgage on the following described real estate:

Lots Numbers Two (2) and Three(3) in Peter J. Kaufman's Subdivision of part of the South East Quarter of Section 9, Township 12 North of Range 9 West of the 2nd Principal Meridian, Vigo County, Indiana.

And Commonly known as: 2516 N 7th Street, Terre Haute, IN 47804

This Summons by Publication is specifically directed to the following named Defendants whose whereabouts are known to me:
