NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that there will be a public hearing before the Area Plan Commission of Vigo County in the Council Chambers of the Vigo County Annex at 127 Oak Street, beginning at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 4, 2024 on County Rezonings to amend the zoning map for the County of Vigo as follows: DOCKET #59 UZO #12-24, 2222 N. Main Street, C-2 to R-2 Two Family Residential District, Proposed Use: 2 Single Family Homes, Petitioners: Jordon and Jasmine Berggren, Seelyville Town Board. DOCKET #61 UZO #13-24, 3644 S. St. Rd. 63, C-6 to R-1 Single Family Residential District, Proposed Use: Single Family Residence, Petitioners: John and Kim Caraway, Commissioner Sponsor: Mike Morris. The Vigo County Commissioners will discuss the above rezonings on Tuesday, September 17, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. in the Vigo County Annex. The Unified Zoning Ordinance includes a legal description of the property. Copies of the Unified Zoning Ordinance and the file may be examined at the Area Planning Department for Vigo County in the Vigo County Annex, 159 Oak Street, Terre Haute, IN. Interested parties may voice an opinion at the hearing and/or file written comments concerning the proposal with the Secretary of the Commission.
