The Board of Zoning Appeals will conduct a public hearing on this petition in the Commissioner's Courtroom, second floor of the Vermillion County Courthouse, Newport, Indiana, on the 11th day of June 2026, immediately following the 6:00 PM Area Plan Commission meeting.
Interested parties may voice an opinion at the public hearing and/or file written comments beforehand in the Zoning Office, second floor of the courthouse in Newport for consideration regarding the petition.
