You are notified that you have been sued in the court above named by the entity named as Plaintiff. The nature of the suit is a Complaint For Foreclosure of Mortgage (In Rem) for the following described real estate, to-wit:
Lot Number 13, same being part of plat of estates of Orlando C. Dickerson and Anna N. Dickerson in the Southwest Quarter of Section 11, Township 12 North, Range 8 West, in the Town of Seelyville, Indiana, and recorded in Book 14, page 2 in the office of Recorder of Vigo County, Indiana.
Except the coal lying beneath the surface of the above described land.
Except the part conveyed to Lost Creek School Township as shown by Deed Record 175, page 495.
Also, except that part conveyed to Manfred Dickerson and Rose Mary Dickerson, husband and wife, as shown by Deed Record 257, page 502. All records of the Recorders Office of Vigo County, Indiana.
